How long is the warranty period for the product?

For individual buyers, we provide 6 months warranty. During this period, we will provide you with accessories.

For long-term corporate buyers, we provide long-term guarantee services. Accessories are sent by courier or with the next shipment.

How long does it take from payment to shipment?

Since our goods are all customized.
Therefore, the goods need to be produced after your payment, and will be sent out in time after the production is completed.
The specific production time depends on your order quantity and the order quantity in our production.

How to compensate if the goods are not received/damaged during transportation?
